Accessibility statement for wppoland.com
WPPoland Mariusz Szatkowski is committed to making wppoland.com accessible in line with WCAG 2.2 level AA and the EN 301 549 standard.
§1. Conformance status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. The gaps and exemptions are listed in §3.
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by the WPPoland team, supported by the automated checks described in §2. We have not commissioned an external accessibility audit so far.
§2. What we verify automatically
Every deployment passes a set of checks that run before publication:
| Area | What the check looks at | State |
|---|---|---|
| Text contrast | pixel measurement across 7 page types in both themes | no failures |
| ARIA names | aria-label on a generic-role element, where the name is ignored | no failures |
| Alternative text | content images with no alt attribute | 0 out of 374 images |
| Reduced motion | prefers-reduced-motion being honoured | required by the project rules |
§3. Known limitations
- Embedded YouTube videos. The player is a third-party component and its interface is outside our control. Caption availability depends on the source recording. Videos only load after consent to functional cookies, so without that consent the frame is not an interactive element of the page at all.
- Downloadable material. The CSV files in the resources section are tabular data with no presentation layer and need a spreadsheet application on the reader’s side.
- No external audit. Until one is carried out, the conformance status rests on a self-assessment rather than a certificate.
§4. Reporting an accessibility problem
If any part of the site is inaccessible to you, write to [email protected] or call +48 729 108 200. The page address and a description of the problem are enough.
We reply within 7 working days. If removing the barrier takes longer, we will give you a specific delivery date within that same reply, no later than 30 days from your report. Where that is not achievable, we will offer an alternative way to reach the same content.
The same route is open for requests to receive specific information in an alternative format.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the competent market surveillance authority in your country.
§5. Physical accessibility
We do not run a customer-facing office open to the public. All work happens remotely, and we can be reached by email and by phone.
