WooCommerce. EU consumer sales. Technical scope.

Legal counsel defines the rule. I turn it into a working WooCommerce store.

EU Readiness maps accessibility, product safety data, promotional pricing, consent, checkout and invoicing to concrete store components. The engagement starts with evidence and ends with controlled implementation.

A written scope recommendation within one working day.

EU Readiness Audit

EUR 890

For a store that needs a complete gap map and a practical sequence of work.

  • six technical areas
  • PL, DACH or cross-border scenario
  • written matrix and backlog
  • remediation scope and price

A clear responsibility boundary

This service covers technical analysis and implementation. It is not legal or tax advice and is not a compliance certificate. The client or their adviser determines the duties, approves the copy and decides on legal readiness.

The sales market determines the scope

Not every store needs the same changes. The audit starts with the sales model, countries and product types.

01

Poland

A B2C or mixed store combining consumer-facing controls with local invoicing operations.

  • KSeF 2.0 invoice workflow
  • promotional pricing, consent and price history
  • GPSR and responsible-person data
02

DACH

A German-language storefront with a focus on accessible e-commerce journeys and controlled local copy.

  • EAA/BFSG and critical WCAG paths
  • consent and pre-consent script blocking
  • German checkout labels, validation and errors
03

Cross-border EU

One store serving several countries, languages, tax configurations and product-information sets.

  • country-language-requirement matrix
  • manufacturer, importer and responsible-person data
  • checkout regression for each market

What to send before the audit

A large specification is unnecessary. Send the details below and a staging address if one already exists.

  • store URL and sales markets
  • B2C, B2B or mixed model
  • product types and catalogue data source
  • legal copy approved by your adviser
  • analytics, advertising and consent tools
  • promotion, coupon and prior-price rules
  • invoicing, accounting and KSeF workflow
  • theme, checkout blocks and custom integrations

What you receive

01

Requirement matrix

Each requirement maps to a page, field, component, integration or operational process.

02

Risk-ranked backlog

Gaps are ordered by impact on checkout, accessibility, product data and evidence.

03

Staging remediation

Agreed fixes are implemented away from production and tested against real buying journeys.

04

Evidence pack

Change report, test results and decisions that still belong to the store owner or legal adviser.

From regulation to release

Staging, regression, phased release and final report.

Evidence first, fixes second

The audit is a standalone result. If I deliver remediation, its fee is credited against the sprint.

EU Remediation Sprint

EUR 2,500-6,500

For an agreed scope that can be implemented and verified in a controlled sprint.

  • everything in the audit
  • frontend and WooCommerce fixes
  • Polski configuration where appropriate
  • staging, regression and evidence pack

Net B2B prices. Tool licences, independent legal review and large integrations are excluded.

Implementation layer

Polski as an implementation layer, not a legal declaration

The Polski plugin provides GPSR fields, price history, consent controls and store modules. During remediation I configure it to the approved scope and fill genuine technical gaps with custom code.

Frequently asked questions

Is the store legally compliant after the sprint?

I do not make that guarantee. I deliver technical implementation and test evidence against the agreed matrix. The client or their adviser makes the final legal assessment.

Does the EAA apply identically to every store?

No. Service type, company size, market and national implementation matter. We confirm scope before installing or changing anything.

Do you implement KSeF?

Within WooCommerce I prepare data, events, exports or an integration with the selected invoicing system. I do not provide accounting services.

Must I use the Polski plugin?

No. I use it when it shortens and simplifies the implementation. A sound existing stack stays in place, or I build a small focused module.

Does the audit include keyboard and screen-reader testing?

Yes, for agreed critical journeys. An automated scan is a starting point, not evidence that the whole checkout is accessible.

Send the markets, stack and largest unknown.

You will receive a written audit scope, required access list and the items that need legal approval before implementation.
