Fixed scope. Senior WooCommerce. EU jurisdiction.

Your store does not need another plugin. It needs a diagnosis and a controlled recovery.

The Rescue Sprint stabilises an existing WooCommerce store without assuming a costly rebuild. I identify the cause, repair the critical path and document every material change.

A written reply and recommended next step within one working day.

When a Rescue Sprint makes sense

For an operating business that needs control of its store back, not another generic audit.

  • checkout, payment or shipping is unreliable
  • an update introduced PHP, JavaScript or plugin conflicts
  • mobile performance and Core Web Vitals are failing
  • the previous supplier left unfinished or fragile code
  • you need an honest repair-versus-rebuild decision

What you receive

01

Cause map

Problems attributed to code, plugins, queries, cache and integrations rather than a list of symptoms.

02

Commercial priorities

Checkout, payments, order data and revenue-bearing templates come first.

03

Controlled fixes

Staging changes, regression checks and a rollback path before production delivery.

04

Written report

What changed, what should remain untouched and which next step is commercially sensible.

How the sprint works

  1. 01

    Problem brief

Send the store URL, symptoms, recent changes and the business constraint.

  2. 02

    Paid triage

I inspect the stack, logs, critical path and risk, then send the sprint scope in writing.

  3. 03

    Batch recovery

Agreed fixes are delivered on staging and the key selling journeys are checked.

  4. 04

    Release and report

After approval, the safe batch goes to production with written documentation.

Clear working boundaries

Included

  • PHP and JavaScript errors and plugin conflicts
  • cart, checkout, payment and shipping
  • performance on key WooCommerce templates
  • cache, Cloudflare and basic database diagnosis
  • review of custom code and integrations

Outside the sprint

  • a full redesign or new visual identity
  • whole-catalogue or platform migration
  • large ERP, CRM or WMS implementation
  • a guarantee of legal compliance
  • an unlimited development backlog

An entry price without guesswork

Diagnosis comes first. If I deliver the sprint, the triage fee is credited against the implementation price.

Case study

A method tested on a production store

In a confidential WooCommerce recovery, checkout risk was isolated first. Cache, scripts and templates were then improved in measured batches with a rollback path.

Keep the store predictable after recovery

The sprint report can become the baseline for checkout, update, backup and Core Web Vitals monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to commission a rebuild?

No. The first decision is whether the current foundation can be recovered safely. I recommend a rebuild only when continued patching is more expensive or risky.

Do you work directly on production?

Not by default. Diagnosis uses logs and a copy, while fixes go to staging first. Production changes happen only after testing and a rollback path are agreed.

Is the EUR 490 an additional fee?

If I deliver the Rescue Sprint, the diagnosis fee is deducted from the sprint price. If another team implements the work, the report remains a standalone deliverable.

Which access do you need?

The store URL, visible symptoms and recent changes are enough for the first reply. Administrative, hosting and staging access are agreed only after scope approval.

What happens after the sprint?

You can finish with the report or move to separately priced technical care. The sprint does not force a retainer.

Describe the problem. Get the next step in writing.

Send the store URL, visible symptoms, when they started and the most recent changes. You do not need to diagnose the cause or prepare a technical specification.
