Scope inventory
Pages, content types, languages, editors, custom code and plugins - the material that actually drives effort, established before anything is estimated.
Senior-led. Written scope. Staging first.
The free migration assessment reviews your project's scope, content structure, URL map, integrations and hosting prerequisites, then states effort as explicit bands. One senior engineer, no sales pressure, no obligation.

WPPoland is a boutique studio in Gdynia, Poland (CET), building on WordPress since 2006.
For organisations planning or owning a platform change who want the true extent of the work first - not a hunt for the lowest hourly rate.
Five review areas, each with a written outcome. No black box: you can see what the estimate rests on.
Pages, content types, languages, editors, custom code and plugins - the material that actually drives effort, established before anything is estimated.
How the existing structure maps onto WordPress content types, plus the approach for the 301 redirect map so existing rankings survive the switch.
Payments, ERP/CRM, shipping, newsletter, analytics: which interfaces migrate, which get replaced, and where each one is tested.
EU hosting, an Article 28 data-processing agreement, backup locations and access handover - verified before any content is moved.
An estimate given as a band with stated assumptions instead of false precision: site size, language count and integration density set the range.
Migrate, optimise first, or stay where you are - with reasoning, even when the honest answer is against the migration.
Describe the current system, the target, languages and your time frame - an email is enough, no specification required.
A senior review of the material you can share and the visible structure: content types, URL patterns, identifiable integrations and hosting context.
Clear questions where assumptions are missing. Anything left open is recorded as an assumption in the deliverable - not buried in a footnote.
Scope, URL-map approach, integration list, checklist and effort bands as a document you can circulate internally.
Three starting points we see most often. Each carries its own risks - and its own review plan.
Content structure, multilingual setup and RealURL patterns are mapped onto WordPress content types and permalinks. Review plan: URL map with 301s, editorial workflows, GDPR processing records.
From a classic store to a modernised or decoupled front end, with checkout, payments and tax staying server-authoritative in WooCommerce. Review plan: data contract, checkout paths, crawl diff.
Taking over an existing WordPress or WooCommerce site from a previous supplier. Review plan: access and licence inventory, backup restore test, staging build-out before cutover.
The assessment itself is free. What follows is a written scope; pricing follows our published price list - EUR invoicing, defined response times, no hidden line items. For consumer distance contracts, EU law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal; B2B engagements are governed by the contract text.
Nothing. Scope, content model, URL map, integrations and hosting requirements are established free of charge, because a well-informed decision serves both sides. Pricing for the implementation follows our published price list.
We work with the material you choose to share: URLs, structure, screenshots, exports. Production access is only agreed for the implementation itself - and then through staging, with an Article 28 data-processing agreement in place as soon as personal data is processed.
The written reply with a first assessment arrives within one business day. The full outcome - inventory, URL-map approach, integration list, checklist and effort bands - usually follows within a few further days, depending on the size of the site.
No. The assessment is read-only and preparatory. Changes to production only happen as part of a later engagement - and even then on staging first, with a rollback path for every batch.
Yes. Written communication with clients in Germany and Austria is in German, and we invoice in EUR. The team works from Gdynia, Poland - in the CET time zone - and has built on WordPress since 2006.
